 Then FIT 4 BOOT CAMP is the answer!

Fit4 Boot Camp is a well designed outdoor fitness programme created to suit all capabilities and fitness levels with men and women of all shapes and sizes.

 All sessions are  enjoyable and challenging  enough to provide maximum results in a reasonably short space of time, using basic straight forward exercise drills.  

Ladder Feet


is a functional class which will also prepare you for the demands of daily life, increase flexibility, improve posture and stability and help relieve stress. 

Each boot camp session will help burn fat, tone muscles and boost energy levels,  helping to build you a stronger, leaner body, increase your stamina levels and improve heart and lung function.


sessions are held at

West Park, Long Eaton,
  Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm-7-30pm,
Saturday 9.30-10.30am

Smithy's Marina Bar, Shardlow,

Tuesday and Thursday's  6.30-7.30pm


A personal pre assessment and a five week re-assessment is also available including 

body fat %, strength and flexibility, posture analysis and nutritional advice.
